Dwell & Co have now managed a student property on my behalf of the last 4 years . A successful rental for both students and landlords depends upon good communication from both parties . Students would like their maintenance requests will be followed up quickly. Landlords who are interested in retaining their property in a good state of repair welcome these requests and follow up quickly. I have found Campus Cribs to be efficient. They keep in communicatioin with both parties. Staff are polite and helpful.Their accounting is good and receipts are provided on a regular basis. I particularly like that a named employee for each property gives feedback quickly when it is requested. Often this is the first opportunity for independent living outside halls of residence for many students and Campus Cribs gives written guidance and advice to support this transition. We moved our property to Dwell & Co at the end of last year from our previous lettings agent who completely mismanaged and neglected our house. Since moving to Campus, they have completely turned things around for us, having filled all rooms and turning it into a profitable venture again. The property required a significant amount of work due to the previous and they were really flexible in helping us manage the refurb and the costs, which were by far the most competitive around as well. They have been really on it with everything and come back to us very quickly, as well as offering creative solutions and advice for future direction. Moving into a student house through Dwell & Co after we were caught in the cube fire. We were meant to move in yesterday but our boiler was broken, Laura from campus cribs immediately got someone in to fix it and it was fixed within 24 hours. The service we received from the staff was incredible, we were made a priority due to our situation and we are very happy with the service from Dwell & Co, we would definitely recommend it to anyone.
